Experimental data concerning fluid physics and crystal growth obtained in the Pressurized Module (PM) of “Kibo” aboard the International Space Station are publicly released. The released dataset contain video images and digital data such as temperature, voltage, etc. under various experimental conditions. These data are widely opened to scientists in worldwide, and are expected to produce new scientific knowledge. The image in the right-hand side, which looks like a tree-leaf, is obtained in the ice-crystal growth experiment (dendrite crystal growth).
